I started this class about 10 years ago and it has developed into a lovely yoga group. Since we started the studio has been re-furbished and is a great space for yoga.

 

The class lasts for an hour and a quarter which means we have time for pranayama and a reasonable yoga nidra as well as physical practise.

 

The class runs in six week terms and the cost is £36 for a term. Places are limited. We break over summer and re-start in September 2022.
