The classes all vary and you can check each class out on the relevant tab. You are welcome to pick and choose - depending on how you feel and what you need from your practise at that time. 

 

All classes incorporate some mindfulness meditation and breath awareness as well as classic yoga postures and sequences. Modifications are always given.

 

My objective is to cultivate a non-judgemental, non-competitive, non-harming ethos so that you can practise yoga with an open heart and in a safe, supported environment.
